The request form for spring term arrivals will be open March 11-23 for students/scholars arriving March 21-28.

If you need to correct information after you have submitted the form:
- DO NOT submit a second form.

A copy of your submission will be sent to you.

Reply to that email and include the information that needs to be updated or corrected.

Most fields are required. If a field is required and you have no information to enter, enter “None”

If there are multiple students arriving on the same flight, each student must submit their own request.
