Host Families – After You Have Applied

After you have submitted an on-line application, the following will happen:

  • You should immediately receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your application has been received. If you do not, please check your spam filter. Or you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. If you are certain that you have submitted the form but did not receive confirmation via e-mail, use the contact form to ask us to check our database to see if it was successfully received.
  • Your application will be reviewed and placed on file.
  • You may or may not be contacted for additional information that will help us to match you successfully with a potential homestay.
  • Please read the “information for host families”, if you haven’t yet.
  • Since we receive more applications from potential host families than from students requesting homestays, we are not able to offer students to all who apply to become hosts. We do our best to match each student with a host family which matches their preferences.  You might also want to contact Andeo regarding their host family program.
