You will come to this page after your FOCUS Homestay application has been successfully submitted.
After you submit your application using the online form, the following will happen:
- You should immediately receive an automatic e-mail informing you that your application has been received. If you do not, please check your spam filter. Your e-mail box may be full, or you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
- Please also send a digital picture no larger than 600 x 600. Send the photo as an e-mail attachment.
- Your application will be reviewed to see if FOCUS is able to help you.
- You should receive a personal e-mail within 1 week. Additional information or clarification may be requested.
- If you do not receive a personal e-mail from FOCUS Homestays within 8 days please use the contact form to contact FOCUS Homestays. The link to the contact form is to the right.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT: If at all possible, your payments should be by check, either a personal check or a bank check made payable to the host family. The host family should also give you a receipt showing the date, the amount and the dates that are being paid for by the check. Your host family should not ask you to pay for more than one month in advance. Your host family should not require that payments be made in cash.
